The Cart: The Four Types of Team Members You Can Hire
Performia Australia
A Film about Building Team.
Here is an illustration of a company situation that is far too common.
Struggle & Co. Inc.
There is a definite workload, many challenges to overcome and goals to be achieved.
Who will help you get there?
This is a Performer.
He knows where to go and what to do and is really pushing.
He takes full responsibility for his job and thereby helps the organization tremendously.
This is the highly effective Doer.
He has immense willingness to work, learn and improve.
With correct guidance and training, he will be a future Performer.
Here we see a less effective Doer.
He is somewhat willing to help.
However, his contribution is not making much difference to the overall result.
This person is the potential Trouble Source, or the “PTS”.
He goes up and down and alternates between helping and destroying.
His influence makes work harder and less predictable for others.
This is the Suppressive Person, or the “SP”.
He is actively trying to destroy the operation but is often trying to hide his deeds by the use of a “nice” social mask.
This SP, especially if undetected, is a very dangerous threat to any organization.
Learn how to precisely differentiate between productive and destructive people.
It helps your team get safe, stable and productive.
